 Stilo Salon is a team of highly-skilled professionals working together to deliver technical expertise, creative artistry, and superior customer service. We achieve our threefold goal through a steadfast belief in continuing education and training on several fronts. At the beginning of a Stilo career, each stylist participates in a new-talent apprenticeship program that is complemented by structured workshops and seminars.
All of Stilo's stylists and support personnel undergo continuous training, including out-of-state and/or foreign travel to educational facilities and academies, to further hone their personal and professional skills. In addition, leading professionals in the field come from around the world to speak to our stylists in-house. At Stilo, we believe that team-building and customer service are tantamount to technical expertise and creative artistry. To this end, nationally-acclaimed figures in the the subject of day-making and team-building help us to focus our creative energy into working as a team to deliver our skills with superior customer service. Motivational speakers also come in to inspire our stylists to achieve and surpass their limits. Stilo's work has been featured in Elle, Allure, and W Magazines. The Salon has been nationally recognized as a leader in its field, having been chosen as one of the top "200 Fastest Growing Salons" in the country by Salon Today Magazine. It is regularly featured in various magazines, including Salon Today, Modern Salon, and Salon News. On a local level, Stilo has been identified as one of the top hair salons in the Bay Area by Clubsalon.com, and was chosen as the "Best Hair Salon" by Reader's Choice of the San Mateo County Times in 2000 and 2002. |
